Go to the bottom of the page which shows the preferred 2c option. It will show you blue area around the proposed education village. Ideally this will be R&D and other high-tech type employers suitable for proximity to the university area. But I am not sure if there is any protection from a business trying to open a catering service and then appealing to OMB for approval.There will be more information when an update is presented to the Town Council next week.
